WARRANTY
Your Original Hot Diggity Dogger is fully warranted for a period of 1 year
from purchase by authorized retailers. Not
all sellers offer the one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please
ensure the retailer offers this one-year warranty. If they do,
they are an authorized retailer. In the unlikely event you experience difficulty
with your Hot Diggity Dogger, you will need to contact the seller from
whom you purchased the Hot Diggity Dogger and inform them that the unit
is defective. If they are an authorized retailer, they will have a
return/replacement policy and will be able to help you with a
replacement unit.
If you purchased your Hot Diggity Dogger directly from us and this website,
please let us know the date your Hot Diggity Dogger was purchase and the
name of the purchaser and we will help with the warranty/replacement.
